Entered eternal life at age 72. Preceded in death by daughter, Colleen Ann; parents, Lisa and John (Dick) Stockstead; and sister, Carol Stockstead. Survived by former wife, Diane; sons, Joel (Stephanie) and Jacob (Lisa) Stockstead; grandsons, Joel Jr. & Lucas Stockstead, Christopher Zabel; brother, Hans Stockstead; sister, Jane McCarthy (Lynn Teppen); and long time friend, Nancy Watkins. Private Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery to be planned.
