Jerry Conrad Summer

May 17, 1942 — March 13, 2026

Jerry Conrad Summer (BONZ) 83 of Siren, WI, passed away in his house peacefully on March 13th, 2026.

Bonz was a man of many things and was well known for his crazy life, and anyone who knew him knew he would always say, "I wasn't supposed to make it past 21.", I was supposed to be dead then." Bonz drove semi and trucks for many years and had lots of stories to tell throughout his 83 years of life. You could never walk in the door without hearing the stories he had to share. He was always willing to take on new projects or learn something new, which led him to learn how to ride a unicycle. As he told everyone, he knew how to drive everything else with wheels, so he had to know how to operate the unicycle.

Bonz loved race cars, sprint cars, and motorcycles, and was also in the Easy Rider magazine, and the encyclopedia pictured was him and his beagle Phred on the motorcycle. He loved every minute out in the garage working on his toys. Almost every week, he would show up with a new project, convinced he had to finish it and make it work. He could fix anything he was determined to do.

Bonz is survived by his brothers and his sister, along with his many friends, family, and many loved ones, and his dog Buddie.

He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and many of his friends.

There will be a celebration of life (BIG PARTY), as he would say, to be held at a later date to reach out to family for more information.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed online at swedberg-taylor.com.
