Gary D. Fish, age 84, a resident of Danbury passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
Gary was born on November 26, 1938 and was the youngest of 8 children born to Christina and James Fish.
While in high school, Gary was a gifted athlete who participated in all sports.
Gary worked for many years, later retiring from McNally Industries in Grantsburg.
During his free time, Gary enjoyed being outdoors. He loved fishing, snowmobiling, deer hunting, camping and gardening. He was an avid golfer and a diehard Packers fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Virgil, Clayton, James, Byron, Warren and Leona.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Wanda; daughters, Gina and Kari (Steve); grandchildren, Evan, Ryan, Michael and Alex; sister, Beverly Hanson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 2-5 pm at the American Legion Brask Fossum Post 185 (108 N Oak St. Grantsburg, WI).
