Daniel Sullivan

Daniel James Sullivan died peacefully at home in Danbury (Voyager Village), WI on May 3, 2025.

Dan was born in Afton, MN on November 26, 1939 and raised in St. Paul.

He graduated from Johnson High School in 1958 and served 3 years in the US Marine Core.

He married Judith Schussler in 1958 and they had three children. He married Patricia Fish in 1979.

He spent the majority of his career in real estate in St. Paul and started Dan Sullivan Realty in 1981. He finished his career at the St. Paul Pioneer Press Homeseller magazine and retired in 2000.

He loved his family deeply and enjoyed golfing, chess, bridge, reading and watching the Minnesota Vikings.

He is preceded in death by his parents Doris Fryklund and Daniel Sullivan. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Sullivan; children; Daniel (Irene) Sullivan, Patrick (Jenny) Sullivan, Kellene (Robert) Burrows; stepchildren Laura (Larry) Cashman, Connie Fish and Kathleen Morgenson; sister-in-law, Jeanne (Rob) Joyce; grandchildren Ambrosia, Danielle, Jeffrey, Devin, Katie, Lukas and Christopher.

Memorials preferred to a charity of your choice in Dan's honor. A family gathering of celebration will be held at a later date.
