Carol Lorain Olsen, 87, of Frederic, WI, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018.
Carol was born on September 29, 1930 to parents, Lowell and Ruby (Rife) Stewart in Danville, Illinois.
In 1949, Carol married Hartvick Olsen in Center City, Minnesota.
Carol worked at the Frederic Bakery in her younger years as a waitress, but her lifelong passion and career was an antique dealer. Her favorite hobbies included reading, admiring flowers and her love for antiques.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hartvick; brother, Gene; sister, Marion.
Carol is survived by sons, Louis Olsen and Matthew (Kathleen) Olsen; grandchildren, Chris Olsen and Emma Olsen; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
Per Carol’s request, there will be no formal funeral service. The Celebration of Life with family and friends will be held at the Olsen Century Farm at 14172 County Road O, Grantsburg, WI, on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with prayer service beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steve Ward officiating.
