Beverly Beryl Richmond

Beverly Beryl Richmond, age 95, resident of Danbury, WI, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones on July 20, 2025.

Beverly was born on August 28, 1929, to Stanley and Florence (Berg) Brown in Superior, WI. 

She was married to Walt Richmond for 47 years, then to James Sackett for 20 years.

A mother at heart, Beverly thrived fostering over 20 children in addition to caring for several children from both sides of her family.

She had been coming to the Danbury area for several years before moving there permanently in 1970.

Beverly was an avid bowler and found enjoyment in crafting but was best known for her plate collection that outlined almost every room of her home.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Richmond, Della Mackiewicz, Jimmy Sackett, along with an extensive number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Beverly’s life will take place on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 2:00 - 5:00 PM at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home in Webster, WI.

The family asks that any gifts or memorials be forwarded to a local veteran’s organization or church in Beverly’s name.
