Barry Heyer, 62, passed away on March 30, 2026, due to complications of diabetes and heart disease.
Barry was born on September 7, 1963, to Maurice and Barb Heyer. He went to Webster Schools and graduated from WHS. He spent many years working as a bartender at Dudley's Black and Orange, Mr. Bill's, and The Tap. He then worked at the Webster Co-op as a general labor and maintenance worker. While working at those jobs, he became a familiar face and friend to many, until his health no longer allowed him to continue doing the work he enjoyed.
Barry had a deep love for the outdoors. He especially enjoyed snowmobiling and riding ATVs, along with many other activities that kept him outside and on the move. He also enjoyed playing Hockey, Maple Syruping, ginseng hunting, and gardening. Those who knew Barry will remember his ornery and opinionated nature, balanced by a generous heart and fierce loyalty to the people he loved. He also had a laugh that could light up any room and will not soon be forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Maurice "Maury" Heyer; his brother, Todd Heyer; and his beloved dog, Chico.
Barry is survived by his mother, Barb (Roger) Pryer; his brother, Jay (Angie) Heyer; his sister-in-law, Kristy Heyer; and his cherished niece, Laney, along with many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
Barry's memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely to those closest to him.
The family asks you to please join them in the Celebration of Barry's Life on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Webster Community Center in Webster, WI, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Rather than flowers or cards, the family invites you to come together to share stories, laughter, and memories of Barry.
